High end and/or hybrid residential homes are very well suited to the DigiBuild™ approach to construction. On this project off-site manufactured closed light timber framed wall panels, CLT midfloor, and some structural steel had to be coordinated and issued as shop drawings to the fabricators.
This way the builder could be confident the individual components fit when they arrive on site, resulting in speedy assembly.
