A high-end residential home on the port hills of Christchurch. This project required extensive technical coordination across structural trades, to identify and resolve buildability issues before off-site manufactured components arrived on site.
The outcome: a happy builder focused on speedy assembly rather than fighting fires on site watching the timeline blow out.
